This is a 22 inch (total length) version of the Littmann cardiology range. The rest of the cardiology line is 27".

• The outstanding acoustic performance and exceptional versatility characterize the 3M Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope. 

• The innovative design offers tunable diaphragm on each side of the chestpiece, with one side larger than the other. 

• The large side can be used for adult patients, while the small side is especially useful for pediatric or thin patients, around bandages, and carotid assessment. 

• The smaller side of chestpiece easily converts to a traditional bell using the non-chill sleeve that is included with your purchase.  This stethoscope also has dual lumen tubing, or in other words, the two-in-one tube design.

• The 3M Littmann tunable diaphragm conveniently alternates between high and low frequency sounds without the need to turn over the chestpiece and reposition the stethoscope.  Use firm pressure with the tunable diaphragm to listen to the high frequencies, and use light pressure to listen to the low frequencies.

• The 3M Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope comes with the patented 3M Littmann snap tight soft-sealing eartips that create an excellent acoustic seal to reduce ambient noise as well as providing a comfortable fit.  In addition, the chestpiece contains a nonchill rim and diaphragm for the comfort of your patients.

• The 3M Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope is available in a wide range of colors and comes with a five year warranty backed by the exceptional service and quality of 3M Littmann.

• Please note, this product has a tiny hole in the centre of the diaphragm. This is a design feature to enhance sound quality.

• NOTE: The pediatric side of the chestpiece can convert to a traditional bell by simply replacing the diaphragm with the nonchill bell sleeve that is supplied.

• 5 Year Warranty against any manufacturing defect (does not apply to consumable parts, such as the diaphragm, rim, ear tips etc).
