• The 3M Classic II Pediatric stethoscope provides high acoustical sensitivity and represents the most advanced chestpiece technology available. 

• The large diaphragm of a 3M Littmann Pediatric stethoscope has a diameter of 1.31 inches or 3.3cm.  The bell or small diaphragm has a diameter of 1 inch or 2.5cm.

•  The 3M Littmann Classic II Pediatric stethoscope comes with the patented 3M Littmann snap tight soft-sealing eartips that create an excellent acoustic seal to reduce ambient noise as well as providing a comfortable fit.  In addition, the chestpiece contains a nonchill rim and diaphragm for the comfort of your patients.
