Q. "if the stethoscope fails or is defective can it be returned under the terms of the warranty if it is engraved?"
A. "Yes it can - however for engraved stethoscopes we will only replace the stethoscope with the same model, color and engraving."

A. "This stethoscope is made in the USA. All Littmanns are made by 3M USA."
