BELL MODE
Apply light pressure with the floating diaphragm for low frequencies.
DIAPHRAGM MODE
Apply firm pressure with the floating diaphragm for high frequencies.
TRADITIONAL BELL
For low frequencies via a fixed bell, rotate the double-sided chestpiece.

Overall Rating Ive had this stethoscope for a year now and its a good stethoscope! The pearlized pibk is so cute!!!! But it got dirty so fast! And i cant get it off, ive tried everything. I actually just upgraded to the cardiology iii in plum, and love it!!! But i still like this scope, just would choose a different color.
