- The 3M Littmann Select stethoscope is a general purpose stethoscope that provides reliable acoustics for basic blood pressure and limited physical assessment.
- In addition, the single sided chestpiece contains the 3M Littmann tunable diaphragm that conveniently alternates between high and low frequencies without the need to turn over the chestpiece and reposition the stethoscope. Use firm pressure with the tunable diaphragm to listen to the high frequencies and use light pressure to listen to the low frequencies.
- The 3M Littmann Select stethoscope comes with the patented 3M Littmann snap tight soft-sealing eartips that create an excellent acoustic seal to reduce ambient noise as well as providing a comfortable fit.
- The 3M Littmann Select stethoscope is available in a wide range of colors and comes with a two year warranty backed by the exceptional service and quality of 3M Littmann.

Overall Rating I am very pleased with my purchase! It came very fast and got to me in perfect condition. I had it engraved and the job was very well done. The color was just a tiny bit lighter than the picture but I was glad because it looks much better in person! For the price, I would definitely recommend this stethoscope and will definitely be using this website again!
