A. "Hi,The Littmann range prior to 1994 featured threaded ear tips that screwed on. Following a review of infection control procedures, it was felt that push on ear tips would be easier to clean (as there is no thread). Unfortunately, the threaded ear tips are no longer produced by Littmann."

A. "This product is sold and priced individually. 3M does sell to distributors in cartons - however we break them down to single pairs."
