BELL MODE (adult)
For low frequencies, apply light pressure with the floating diaphragm.
DIAPHRAGM MODE (Adult)
For high frequencies, apply firm pressure with the floating diaphragm.
Low Frequencies (Pediatric)
Rotate chestpiece and apply light pressure.
High Frequencies (Pediatric)
Use to small floating diaphragm to apply firm pressure.
ADAPTOR
Use the adaptor provided to transform into a traditional open bell.

Overall Rating I was using Litmann Classic SE II during my residency and this one was a gift to myself from my first paycheck. It made a see difference in auscultating those muffled heart sounds & I'm able to hear those 1/6 murmurs as well. It's a nice product from the Litmann cardiology stable.

Great quality, as always from Littmann. I hear so many things I was unable with my old stethoscope. This all black special edition really does stand out. All my friends have nicknamed it "The Stealth"!
