The Littman Cardiology III is an excellent chicoe for students, especially if you want to be an RN. Pet peeve, pants dragging the ground, spreading infection and bacteria all over the place.The unprofessional look is unacceptable.

I love this stethoscope! the accoustics are exceptional and the floating diapragm makes assessing heart and lung sounds a smooth seamless process. No more flipping heads to hear a better pitch. I will never go back to a double sided diapragm
