I purchased this diaphragm and rim assembly as a replacement for my Littmann Cardiology II S.E. I am very pleased with the ease of purchase, timeliness in shipping, and assembly as a whole. The included instructions from 3M made the replacement fast and easy. The assembly slipped on the chest-piece nicely, with very few adjustments required. I will definitely purchase this item again and will refer so to a friend, colleague, etc.
