I got this for nursing school and I can hear great, very comfortable. Engraving looks really nice too, love it!!!!

So I ordered the littman cardiology black edition cause of the good reviews and got free engraving and I have to say its perfect!! And was even delivered a day early! Before this stethoscope I was using the prestige entry level that standard nursing students received and couldn't hear anything now heart sounds,lung sounds clear as a bell..I would recommend medisave to all!

Im in nursing school and had been using my Mom's 10yr old Littmann so I really was wanting my own. I decided to go with this one and I'm completely happy I did. Was packaged very nice and works great. If you're looking into getting a new stethoscope I strongly suggest this one. Get it engraved too!!

Very solid construction. It feels like im holding something expensive. The acoustics are amazing. I used to use a cheap $30 stethoscope, but now im never going back. The ear pieces feel good in the ear and block out most background noise. I love the fact that you can easily switch between pediatric, adult, and bell mode so easily. The black color adds a really cool finish, makes it stand out from the others. The engraving makes sure it doesn't get stolen. Overall, I would buy this again.

Love love love this steth! I spent a considerable amount of time doing my research on them and decided to go for the gold since this is a career investment. Totally worth it! Can hear everything. Looking forward to using it on patients. The all black edition looks professional, matches EVERYTHING, and is the best one yet. Engraving is beautiful, shipping is fast. A friend of mine lent me his Cardiology iii to test out as I was picking out stethoscopes. The Adult-Pediatric sides are awesome and the noise cancelling on these are great.
I saw this colour and decided that it was perfect for me!
