Great device. I was able to open it account for everything and shortly there after had active use with it in a traumatic accident. The device has proven highly useful in the rural/frontier prehospital environment for the last several weeks. The device has been used in traumatic incidents and medical emergencies as well as general wellness checks. I have made recommendations to nearby agencies, facilities, and partners about adding this to their equipment list. Powder River County EMS is working to adopt the device agency wide for providers and response units.

Arclight Pocket-Sized Ophthalmoscope and Otoscope - Rechargeable

I tried to like it...I work in the Emergency Department where we have come to practice lobby medicine. There is 1 otoscope and is frequently missing. The other one broke and difficult/taking a long time to replace (if they ever will). I find that pushing buttons to get to different lights is cumberson. I like how small it is, but that's about it. The light isn't strong enough, I can barely see the TM. I do like the magnifying glass. I am going to buy a traditional otoscope because this one didn't do what I needed.
