The FDA-cleared Littmann® CORE Stethoscope toggles between analog and amplified listening modes so you can listen how you want to during assessments. Tunable diaphragm technology—a Littmann invention—lets you hear different frequency sounds by simply adjusting the pressure on the chestpiece. Hold the chestpiece with light pressure on the patient to hear low frequency sounds; press a little more to hear higher frequency sounds. Soft-sealing ear tips conform to individual ears for optimal comfort and excellent sound occlusion.

With an an Eko+ membership, you can save and annotate recordings, create a library of heart sounds to monitor disease progression, or securely share with a colleague. A complimentary trial period of Eko+ is included with every Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope purchase. An Eko+ Membership is required to create, save, and share multiple recordings.

A coworker has one of these that I tried before purchasing. This is exactly what I was expecting! It was very quick to charge, easy to turn on/off, and boy can I hear. I hated other stethoscopes as I couldn’t hear the actual sounds. The only complaint I have is that I opted for engraving. My name is drown out by other writing; this the AirTag! I paid enough for this, I want to make sure it doesn’t walk off.

I love my new Littmann Core digital stethoscope! The rainbow chestpiece is attractive and fun. The acoustic performance is truly outstanding. I am a cardiology APN and I can easily identify heart murmurs. It is slightly heavier than cardiology IV but the tubing is soft on your neck. MEDISAVE offered free laser engraving and cardiopod II case which is beautiful, high-quality, and fully padded providing adequate protection for my stethoscope. I was missing my stethoscope case tag but Medisave mailed it to me without charge. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase, and I highly recommend Medisave!

Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope - Black 8480

I gifted this stethoscope to my wife, and unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to our expectations. The Littmann cover on the actual stethoscope came off within the first week of use, which was disappointing given the price and reputation of the product. She also had a difficult time connecting it to her iPhone, however the setup process was easy. While the sound quality may be good, the durability and connectivity issues took away from the overall experience. Looking back, I probably should have purchased the regular non-electronic version instead. For anyone considering this model, keep in mind that the added technology may not be as seamless as advertised plus the subscription that is required aswell.
